Common questions

Pricing varies by program (term-by-term or yearly) and age group. After your free trial session, we'll email you the full pricing options with no obligation. We keep pricing personal so we can tailor it to your child's age group and start date. Sibling discounts and interest-free payment plans are available on the yearly program.
Bring: football boots (or runners are fine for first session), shin pads, a water bottle, and comfortable training clothes. We recommend a ball if your child has one, but it's not required. Yearly members receive a free training kit.
Training continues in light rain — football is played in all conditions! In the case of severe weather, a postponement notification will be sent via email/SMS as early as possible. Make-up sessions are arranged where possible.
Absolutely. We welcome complete beginners. Every child is assessed during their free trial and placed in the group that best matches their current level — there's no pressure and no embarrassment. Our coaches are known for their patience and encouragement.
Yes! NEXTGEN is for all kids aged 5–13 regardless of gender. We have girls at every level in our program and our coaches are trained to create inclusive, supportive environments.
On our yearly program, you have 30 days from enrolment to cancel for a full refund (minus any sessions already attended and the registration fee). Full terms and conditions are available on request.
We handle these on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair and flexible. Please contact us as early as possible if your child is unable to attend. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
